Right-to-Know Requests (Public Records Requests)
The Whitehall Township Authority is committed to transparency and providing access to public records in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), Act 3 of 2008.
All Right-to-Know requests are handled by the Authority’s Office Manager:

Requests for public records must be submitted in writing. You may submit your request using one of the following methods:

Requests must clearly identify the records being sought
The Authority is not required to create a record that does not already exist
Certain records may be exempt from disclosure under the law
Requests may be denied if they do not comply with RTKL requirements
Appeals
If your request is denied in whole or in part, you have the right to file an appeal within 15 business days of the mailing date of the Authority’s response.
